Returns

We want your purchase to be perfect, so if your not 100% happy we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. We want your return process to be as easy as possible. For a smooth return/refund please read through our terms and conditions below

 

If your purchase is not suitable or you have a change in mind, we will gladly assist you with a refund within 30 days of purchase. Provided items are unworn/unused, in original condition with tags/package intact with proof of purchase.

In the interest of hygiene, we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for earrings, cosmetics or hair accessories on a change of mind basis.

 To return an item please fill out Return form and post back with items.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. (unless it’s a faulty item return) We recommend sending your item/s back using a trackable delivery service as Prue’s Perfect pieces does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged goods. Please package items suitable to avoid damage.

Once items have been received, we will check over items and notify you of refund.

Faulty Item

We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. We will gladly give you a refund on your item. If you have received a faulty item , please contact pruesperfectpieces@outlook.com to arrange return and to confirm the return will be valid.

Earring, cosmetics and hair accessories if faulty can be returned for a refund or replacement (if in stock)

Once we receive the goods back, we will notify you of receival and will either replace or refund of the original amount and original delivery cost.
